Pal's Sudden Service - Erwin

Was amazing. Sat in the drive thru at McDonald's for three minutes and no one spoke to me. Figured I would give pals a shot. Had my food and was going in within ten minutes of leaving Mickey D's. A real person takes your order! Loved the human connection at pals.The jr burger was amazing. Their fries were awesome. Will be coming back next time I'm heading this way! We need more places like this in the world!

I was surprised to see that East Tennessee area has its own fast food restaurant. Food quality is good and very competitive to other bigger chains. Very quick service.

Drive thru only. Kitschy vibe, great service and for us, spot on worth the money. Huge portions. Will return again to try the chili dog /chili burger . Seasoned fries were great!

I'm not the biggest fan of Pal's, but it was the closest restaurant to where I was working. I stopped one morning for cheddar rounds & they were hot, cheesy & delicious. Another day I dined on a Jr cheeseburger with fries for lunch. Both were fresh & tasty. I have been surprisingly pleased with this location & would definitely recommend it.

The workers are always wonderful. Bright and cheerful! We'll have a conversation with you if your food's not quite ready, depending on how big of a order you have. We there quite often and have a lot of family members and friends that eat there

I wanted to give a big thank you to the pals team, from. I ordered something without a bun because of gluten issues. But then I also ordered my sandwich to be packed in paper and not in plastic. The cook came and clarified my needs at the window and carefully wrapped my burger with cheese so that the paper wasn't pressed on top of the cheese and so I could eat it easily. I really appreciated that extra moment of attention to my lunch. Y'all's food is always good, but it's really nice when people take an extra minute for you when you're asking them already to do something extra. Thank you so very much!

Ate lunch here yesterday. Really enjoyed my cheeseburger and fries. Much respect to flag half staff and praying for full recovery from destruction caused by Hurricane Helene! This entire community gets five stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I am from South Carolina, and this is my first time ever eating at a Pal’s and I must say BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The food and atmosphere was a ten out of ten for sure! Wish we had these where I am from! I will definitely come back!
